Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries (HSHI) reported that on August 18, Dongmin Infant Home in Mokpo and Sorim School for the Disabled in Yeongam awarded an appreciation plaque to Mr. Mohamed Zaitoun, who is in charge of supervising the United Arab Shipping Company (UASC)’s newbuilds in HSHI.

On July 31, UASC donated home appliances and daily necessities to the two institutes as a token of gratitude to the local community. UASC had issued a newbuild order for 11 containerships to HSHI in 2013.
