Our company is doubling down on its efforts to upgrade the business by applying its experience and technology from the shipbuilding sector to manufacturing for offshore oil wells.

Because of the experience and technical acumen we have accumulated in the shipbuilding sector, Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries entered the manufacturing field for offshore oil wells. We started building FPSO and FPU jointly with Hyundai Heavy Industries in 2008 and 2015, and participated in HULL production. In 2018, we successfully delivered a semi-submersible drilling vessel to Norway's Sea Tanker.
