Beginning with the first ship built in 1999, HD Hyundai Samho hit the industry milestone of 10 million DWT (deadweight tonnes) of ships built in 2003, reaching this milestone faster than any other company. In 2019, more than 84 million DWT vessels were built. HD Hyundai Samho has grown into a world-class shipyard capable of building approximately 40 ships annually today.
