HSHI received an order from ZODIAC of UK for two 8,600 TEU Containerships.
The containerships will measure 339.6m in length, 45.6m in width, 24.6m in depth with a service speed of 27 knots propelled by 14-cylindered engine.
As a result of this order, as for gigantic containership orders over 8,000 TEU, HSHI has a backlog of 12 containerships consisting of five from Nordcaptial, one from CMA CGM S.A., two from Hyundai Merchant Marine Co., Ltd., two from P_O Nedlloyd and two from ZODIAC, while HSHI has delivered four containerships to ER and three containerships to CMA CGM S.A. so far.
Meanwhile, HSHI has won 14 ships orders so far this year consisting of six VLCCs, four 6,500 unit PCTCs, two 82,000 CBM LPG carriers and two 8,600 TEU containerships.
