319,000-dwt VLCC Delivered

HSHI delivered a 319,000-dwt VLCC, ordered by DORIAN (HELLAS) S.A. of Greece on May 4, 2005. The ship had been christened CHRYSANTHEMUM by Mrs. Darcy Hadjipateras at the naming ceremony on April 20.

It measures 333m in length, 60m in width and 30.4m in depth with a service speed of 15.3 knots.

Dorian (Hellas) S.A., founded in the 1930’s, is managing five LPG carriers, two Bulk Carrier and has a backlog of four LPG Carriers and two crude oil tankers.
